By using TerraMine Calculator you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These Terms apply to the public calculator, guides, accounts, imports, leaderboards, and every other feature of the website.

TerraMine Calculator is an independent, fan-made companion tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with TerraMine or its developers. All trademarks, game names, logos, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

Nothing on this site is an official statement about TerraMine, its economy, its payouts, or its future. Game rules and rates can change at any time without notice to us.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep your email address current so you can recover access.
• One person, one account. Do not impersonate other players.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, inflated, or fabricated mine or earnings data to gain leaderboard position.
• Scrape, overload, or automate the site beyond normal personal use.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or bypass access controls.
• Upload unlawful, harassing, or malicious content, including in support tickets.
• Use the site to break the rules or terms of TerraMine itself.

You keep ownership of the data, profile details, and messages you submit. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the features you use — for example showing your username and statistics on public leaderboards and share cards.

The site's design, code, written guides, and original calculations are owned by TerraMine Calculator. You may link to and share pages freely. Do not copy substantial portions of the site or republish it as your own product.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Figures are estimates and may be wrong, out of date, or incomplete. See the Disclaimer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TerraMine Calculator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost earnings, lost game progress, or decisions made in reliance on estimates shown here. The service is free, so our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is zero.

We may suspend or remove accounts, data, or leaderboard entries that breach these Terms or distort community statistics. You can stop using the site at any time and request deletion of your data via the Data Deletion page.
