Privacy Policy

TerraMine Calculator is a free web tool that estimates TerraMine earnings and lets players track their mines. You can use the public calculator, guides, and public profiles without an account. Extra data is only stored when you choose to sign in, import your mine data, or contact support.

TerraMine Calculator is an independent, fan-made companion tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with TerraMine or its developers. All trademarks, game names, logos, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

We collect only what the features you use require:

• Account data — email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google returns (name, email, avatar URL).
• Profile data — chosen username, display name, avatar, accent colour, cosmetics, and other settings you enter.
• Mine and game data you import or enter — mine types, levels, coordinates, earnings totals, boosts watched, check-ins, resources, and related progression figures.
• Derived statistics — lifetime earnings, TerraPoints, TerraScore, achievements, streaks, and leaderboard rankings computed from the data above.
• Support data — the subject, message, category, device information you type, and any files you attach to a support ticket.
• Product analytics and error reports — page views, referrer, device type, coarse country, and technical error details.
• Approximate location — only when you tap the "locate me" control on a map, and only inside your browser session to centre the map.

We do not ask for or store payment details, government identifiers, or your TerraMine account password.

• Calculating and displaying your earnings, analytics, progression, and achievements.
• Showing public profiles, leaderboards, comparisons, and share cards you have made public.
• Powering the AI Mine Coach and AI agent, which send a summarised snapshot of your stats to an AI provider to generate written recommendations.
• Sending account emails (sign-in, password reset, email change) and, where applicable, product update emails.
• Answering support tickets and diagnosing bugs.
• Keeping the service secure, preventing abuse, and understanding aggregate usage.

Leaderboards, public player pages, comparison pages, and share cards display your chosen username and derived progression statistics. They never display your email address. If you would rather not appear publicly, delete your account data — see Data Deletion.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

The tool runs on a small set of infrastructure providers:

• A managed cloud database, authentication, storage, and realtime provider that hosts accounts, mine data, and support attachments.
• The hosting and edge platform that serves the website and runs its server functions.
• An AI gateway that generates coach and agent explanations from a summary of your statistics.
• An email delivery provider for account and product emails.
• Privacy-focused product analytics and error reporting used by the hosting platform.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and may store data outside your country.

Account, mine, and progression data is kept for as long as your account exists. Support tickets are kept while needed to resolve the issue and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference. Analytics and error data is aggregated and retained by the platform provider on a rolling basis. Deleting your account removes your account records as described in the Data Deletion page.

• Access and export — the account tools include an export of the data you have imported or entered.
• Correction — edit your profile, mines, and settings at any time while signed in.
• Deletion — request removal of your account and associated data.
• Email preferences — unsubscribe links are included in non-essential emails.
• Questions or requests — email privacy@terraminecalculator.com.

TerraMine Calculator is not directed at children under 13, and accounts should not be created by them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy as the tool changes. Material changes are recorded on the Legal Changelog with a new "last updated" date.
