Community Guidelines

• Be honest about your numbers. Accurate data is the whole point of the leaderboards.
• Be decent to other players. Competition, not harassment.
• Respect privacy — yours and everyone else's.

• No hateful, sexual, violent, or harassing usernames, display names, or avatars.
• Do not impersonate other players, TerraMine staff, or this site's team.
• Do not put other people's personal information — real names, addresses, phone numbers, precise home locations — in your profile.
• Keep advertising and unrelated promotion out of profile fields.

• Import or enter only your own real mine and earnings data.
• No fabricated or inflated figures, duplicate accounts, or coordinated rank manipulation.
• Do not automate or hammer imports and syncs beyond normal personal use.
• Entries that clearly distort community statistics may be corrected or removed.

Support tickets are read by real people. Keep them civil, on-topic, and free of unlawful or malicious attachments. Abusive tickets may be closed without a reply.

Mines are tied to real-world coordinates. Think carefully before publicly sharing maps or screenshots that reveal where you live, work, or go to school. We show approximate, clustered views on public surfaces where practical.

Report a profile, entry, or message through the support form or support@terraminecalculator.com. Include a link and what is wrong.

Depending on severity we may edit or remove content, reset statistics, hide an entry from public surfaces, or suspend the account. Repeated or serious breaches lead to permanent removal under the Terms of Service.
