Data Deletion

• Your account and sign-in identity (email or Google).
• Your profile: username, display name, avatar, cosmetics, and settings.
• Imported and manually entered mines, coordinates, levels, and import snapshots.
• Derived statistics: lifetime earnings, TerraPoints, TerraScore, achievements, streaks.
• Leaderboard, comparison, and public profile entries generated from that data.
• Support tickets and any files you attached to them.

While signed in you can:

• Remove individual mines or clear your imported set from the mines page.
• Edit or clear profile details from your account page.
• Export your data first if you want a copy before deleting.

To delete the whole account, send a request one of two ways:

• Open a ticket from the support form with the subject "Account deletion".
• Email privacy@terraminecalculator.com from the address on the account.

Send the request from the account's own email address so we can confirm ownership. We will not ask you for your password.

• We aim to confirm requests within a few days and complete deletion within 30 days.
• Deletion is permanent — imported mines, snapshots, and progression cannot be restored afterwards.
• Public leaderboard and profile pages stop showing your entry once the underlying records are removed; cached copies held by search engines may linger until they re-crawl.
• Aggregate, anonymised statistics that cannot identify you may remain.
• Backups and provider logs age out on their normal rotation schedule.

Deleting your data here has no effect on your TerraMine account or in-game progress. TerraMine Calculator is an independent fan tool and cannot modify or delete anything inside TerraMine.
